Professional Development
ALS partners with schools and districts to deliver robust instructional coaching sessions to help good teachers become great, and principals evolve into true instructional leaders. This is done through an ongoing approach to reflect, revise, and cultivate new approaches to yield greater results. Our intent is to work alongside the individual to scaffold knowledge and infuse research-based practices that yield personal and professional development.
Coaching for Teachers & Leaders
We work with our clients to establish a strategic approach to meet the goals established. We know there are multiple ways to achieve success, so we work together to identify and build on the strengths of the individual and/or organization and use that as leverage to develop and execute the plan to yield the best results. Our approach to whole school improvement is simple: What works? What needs work? What are our next steps? We will work together to identify the actions, key stakeholders, and timeline to guarantee our success.
Strategic Planning
We offer both local and state solutions in creation of curricula and aligned assessments for K-12 students that are easy to use, accessible, and delivered using reliable online platforms, based on the various platforms purchased by the clients. We leverage our expertise to design and analyze assessments with targeted instructional resources for local and state use. We understand specific requirements of clients across various school settings and are well-experienced in curriculum and assessment creation. As a result, we able to offer our clients the best possible services that provide a great learning experience to the educators and learners.
